Since childhood, I was captivated designing intricate floor plans and beautiful homes, igniting my journey into real estate. Throughout college, I enrolled in every available real estate course and gained invaluable experience under a successful broker who emphasized the importance of staying active in the market despite the season.

After graduation, I immersed myself in the bustling real estate scene of Laguna Beach, California, working in escrow during the market boom of 2005. Later, I moved to Arizona, where I navigated various roles in real estate including sales, mortgage risk analysis, and short sale negotiations amidst the recession.

My path eventually led me to Texas, where I found fulfillment in corporate relocation. Over 14 years, I advanced within the industry, spearheading initiatives, managing clients, leading teams, and aligning on client and company objectives.

However, in 2021, my health declined significantly, leaving me bedridden for an extended period. Forced to take a medical leave of absence and facing the prospect of a life devoid of work was a shock; true retirement had never been part of my plan. Determined not to take it lying down (which is funny, because most days that's all I could do), I resolved to reclaim control.

Through deep introspection, I rediscovered my core values—serving others and my passion for real estate. Refusing to compromise, I sought ways to continue serving despite my health challenges.

This led me to explore short-term rentals, providing memorable experiences for vacationers while managing properties and guest experiences. Despite my health challenges, I succeeded in expanding my portfolio.

Now, with my health restored, I'm eager to guide others towards financial freedom through real estate investment. I firmly believe that pursuing our passions contributes to making the world a better place.
